Required documentation for shipments moving either into or out of Canada:
In addition to the documents required above we require the following customs documents for all shipments.
- Canada customs commercial invoice completed with all details completed.
- NAFTA forms if applicable
- FDA forms for all food, drug and items that give off radiation.
- Textile forms for all products that have textiles from another country.
- Any specialized product customs forms as required.
